Egon Eiermann. Screen, 1968. H. 172 x 362 x 4 cm; folded: H. 172 x 87.5 x 18.5 cm. Made by Philip Klaer, Speyer. Pinewood (Oregon Pine), sand-coloured canvas.

The screens had been designed for the former house of representatives of the German Bundestag ('Long Eugen', architect: Egon Eiermann, 1965-69). They had been used in the foyers of the delegates' offices and the parliamentary conference hall. Provenance: Collection Southern Germany.
