Showcase, H. 148.5 cm, 82.5 x 41.5 cm; Bureau, H. 111.5 cm, 127.5 x 49 cm; Cutlery cupboard, H. 77.5 cm, 89.5 x 50.5 cm; 2 hanging cabinets, H. 44.5 cm, 40.5 x. 25 cm; Table, H. 68.5 cm, 69 x 69 cm; 3 chairs, H. 91.5 cm, 46 x 50 cm. Made by: H. Bindewald, Friedberg. Ebonized walnut wood and 'Bindewaldsche Lackeinlage', a mixture of pigment, flour, glue, tree resin and rubber patented by the company. Cutlery cupboard with white-grey marble top, the chairs covered with brown velvet. Strike plate of the bureau marked: H. BINDEWALD FRIEDBERG (embossed).
Provenance: From the consignor's family, bought directly in Friedberg.
