Rare 'Blés' vase, c. 1898
H. 28.3 cm. Overlaid glass, colourless, opal white powder inclusions, deep blue-violet inclusions in the lower area. Etched, polychrome enamelled and gilded decor, motif with ears of wheat, floral ornaments in the lower area. Signed on the bottom: Daum, cross of Lorraine, Nancy (gold signature, rubbed off).
Only little wear to the gilding in a few areas.
