'Bana tree' stand, c. 1900

Four-lobed tabletop over four long, carved saber legs, floral panels, between the legs four pointed arch-like struts, crowned by a flower capsule. H. 104 cm, 48 x 48cm. Carved walnut, marquetry in various woods with floral decor. Signed: E. Gallé with Cross of Lorraine (inlaid).

Model exhibited at the Exposition de l'Ecole de Nancy, 1903.
