H. 44.5 cm. Made by Friedrich Goldscheider, Vienna. Earthenware, polychrome glaze. Signed on the back: Laurenzl (!). Marked: HAND DECORATED Goldscheider Wien MADE IN AUSTRIA (black glaze stamp), 5435 (!) 315 6 (embossed).
Counterpart to 'Captive Bird'. Base chipped. Rose probably added later.
