"Patrizia Moroso brought Ghini to Moroso in the mid-1980s and his designs for the Dynamic series ushered in a very successful era at Moroso. However, the trade audience was initially very skeptical and negative when the series was presented at the trade fair in Milan. I, on the other hand, was very enthusiastic and positive. When I then saw a Ghini sofa in red leather in the Moroso factory, I was told that it was a one-off and would not be sold. After consulting the designer, the sofa was made for me in black leather."
