Otto Dill. 'A Pride of Lions', 1918. Oil on chipboard. C50.0 x 70.0 cm. Signed: Otto Dill, 1918. Verso: Label, autograph inscription by the artist, stating title, date. Label of the exhibition in Munich (Münchner Kunstausstellung) at Glaspalast, 1919, no. 1211. Further label as certificate that the painting was given as a present to Claus Bally by his grandparents, entrepreneurs Johanna and Casimir Otto Katz.
