Loetz, Klostermühle. 'Phänomen' vase for the Paris World Fair 1900. H. 12.3 cm. Designed by Franz Hofstötter. Cased glass, yellow ('Metallgelb') and clear. Elaborate 'Phänomen' pattern, black stripes with white threads, red lancet leaves, silver-yellow feathers and threads, matt mother of pearl lustre. Signed: Loetz Austria.
