Emile Gallé, Nancy. Rare 'Geologia' Intercalaire vase, 1889. H. 16.3 cm. Cased glass, black and blue metallic oxides inclusions, spiral cut. Engraved amonite to the front, heightened with gold. Female face, inscribed: GEOLOGIA ILL. Enamelled cornet heightened with gold at the collar. Signed: E. Gallé fect Nanceus 187.
