Daum Frères, Nancy. 'Libellules et renoncules jaunes' jug, 1904. H. 32.6 cm. Décor designed by Henri Bergé in collaboration with Ernest Schneider. Cased glass, clear, powder inclusions, milk blue opalescent and deep purple. Enamel fusions (Vitrifications) in different shades of green and yellow. Multiply etched pattern. Pond landscape with ranunculus and waterlilies. Above the water surface two dragonflies partially applied and engraved, one on the handle. Signed: DAUM NANCY, cross of Lorraine (engraved).
