Daum Frères, Nancy. Tall 'Cattleya labiata' vase, c1910. H. 30.9 cm. Cased glass, clear, deep red (gold ruby) and purple, between layers different kinds of powder inclusions, white opalescent, pink and orange. Etched pattern, worked with the wheel. Orchids with three large petals and three buds, ground worked with the wheel. Signed: DAUM NANCY, cross of Lorraine, France.

Very well preserved.
