Model screw steamer 'Martin Saenz'
H. 41 cm, 73 x 20 cm. Exotic wood, painted black, red and white, linen, treated, brass wire, brass, thread. Marked: Plaque Martin Saenz, inscribed: Martin Saenz Cadiz.
The steamer was built in 1890 by Charles Connel & Co., Scotland, but sailed Spanish-flagged. She was scrapped in 1925.
