'African woman' from the 'Wedding Parade', 1909

H. 27 cm. Made by StPM Berlin, in 1923. Porcelain, white, glazed with polychrome overglaze decoration by Lorenz Lang with gold. Base signed: AMBERG (embossed). Marked Maker's mark (blue, under glaze), model no. 9219 (embossed), painter number 134 (black, painted), PRO CARITATE 1923 (red oval stamp, overglaze).

From the estate Lorenz Lang (1871 Selb - 1963 Berlin).
