René Magritte. 'L'Art de Vivre', 1967/68. 14.0 x 11.0 cm (depiction), 27.5 x 22.0 cm (paper). Colour etching on Japon Nacré. Signature stamp, studion stamp, numbered. No. 14 from an edition of 150. Printed at Georges Visat, Paris. Frontispiece for "Le Lien de Paille" by Louis Scutenaire. According to Kaplan and Baum it is the only one of the four etchings that was done by the artist himself and published as a book posthumously. Frame.

Not deframed. Good preservation retaining its original colours.
