Floor lamp from the HfG Ulm, c. 1955
H. 188 cm. Made at Ulm School of Design (HfG). Metal tube, metal sheet, matt chrome-plated.
The floor lamp originally comes from Otl Aicher's bungalow, next to the hfg-ulm on Kuhberg. When the house was sold to a good friend of Aicher's, the lamp remained in the house and stood there until the house was cleared out a few months ago.
