Unknown master from the 19th century. Copy of the portrait of Lucas Cranach the Elder from the year 1550. Oil on timber. 70.0 x 50.0 cm. Marked: Aetatis Suae IXXVII 1550 (oil), Cranach signature (oil). 2 metal badges: "Lucas Cranach 1472-1553", "Eigentum der Mutzenbecher Stiftung von 1912". Verso two adhesive labels with quote about the original painting by Max J. Friedländer a. Hans Posse, and a list of names (Genealogy?). Copy after the famous portrait of Lucas Cranach the Elder, which had been painted either by himself or by Lucas Cranach the Younger. It is in the collection of the Uffici in Florence.
